Role: Senior Project Manager
Location: Dublin
ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with the Brand Teams and our Client Services team, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex projects and serving as a senior member of the Project management teams. The Project Manager will be responsible scoping, managing and delivering on a range of projects both within the Ireland and for other Global clients.
We are seeking a Project Manager to work with one of the world’s largest drinks companies across their brands in managing and delivering digital and social campaigns. Working closely with the Client leads and Internal teams the role is the responsible for delivering on client needs on time, in budget and with quality.
At OLIVER, we build agency teams to work in-house in partnership with brands. This role will be sitting within the digital and social team we’ve created, working with a range of local level clients and global internal teams. We work within a hybrid set-up, which includes being present at the Clients offices in Dublin at least 2 days per week.

You are looking for an opportunity to lead understand all facets of the business on a country level and want to guide and manage within the project management discipline. The role will be able to help shape and evolve how the business operates, the team structure and processes put in place to deliver. The right person understands the variability of the business, that no two days or problems are the same and is solution oriented and flexible in the face of that.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
* Leading incoming brief triage process
* Understanding capacity and volume of work at any time
* Ensuring involvement from key stakeholders where brief merits
* Where appropriate, in simpler or more executional briefs, managing Client follow ups or clarifications to enable project kick off quickly
* Allocating briefs within the team based on capacity and skillset
* Serving as a partner to the Client Service team
* Understanding brand level KPI’s
* Informed and involved in forward planning; inclusive of key moments or predicted asks that will require peaks in service. This may require upfront scoping and timeline planning to ensure budgets are secured and resources are planned for.
* Point of escalation for delivery and project management team concerns
* Understand and be able to communicate progress and status to our Client Service team or Clients were necessary
* At times, given small nature of the team, there may be a requirement to serve as POC for Brand teams for out of office coverage
* Manage, mentor and drive a community within the globally distributed Project Management team
* Understand skillsets of project management team; enabling best project mapping and targeted support
* Understand capacity of project management team; enabling proper workload distribution
* Foster growth and collaboration within the team and as part of broader Oliver Delivery network
* Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source additional capacity where necessary
* Identifying, partnering and, at times leading, in developing and evolving process documentation to better support delivery and business success
* Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget
* Lead by example and recruit, manage, motivate, mentor, develop, train and reward the team in line with agreed budgets
* Ownership of the commercials for our client’s business, responsible for timely and accurate invoicing, reporting and management
* Ad hoc support on complex projects
* Work closely with Managing Partner to support on new business opportunities
WHAT SKILLS, EXPERIENCE WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
* 5-10 years of experience of managing integrated campaigns in a creative or production agency, with good knowledge of digital and social media
* 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating success in building successful relationships with mid to senior-level clients
* Strong proven project management skills and experience
* Experience creating and updating project plans and regular project status reports
* Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication on projects
* Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once
* Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own
* Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk.
