Working with our client, the Project Manager leads deliverables and tasks from concept to completion, providing excellent communication and coordination skills. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. The Project Manager is the key communicator on the status, risks, and challenges of all the project deliverables, inclusive of budget and resources. The Project Manager will be working in the traditional and digital marketing space. This dynamic role is a great opportunity for a self-starter with an interest in all areas of marketing services.
The role is reporting to the Account Director working with the Ireland OLIVER team as well as sporadic support to the wider OLIVER team on Ireland-related tasks.
Role Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
* Collaborate with clients to effectively deliver digital projects (e.g., website updates, content updates, lead forms, newsletters) and other marketing BAU tasks to meet KPIs.
* Immerse in client processes to identify new business opportunities and areas to upsell products and services, driving growth.
* Utilize data from Google Analytics reports to correlate marketing activities with web metrics, and offer recommendations for improvement.
* Oversee projects from inception to completion, consistently communicating progress on milestones, targets, goals, and deadlines.
* Evaluate and enhance working methods and processes, providing recommendations for improvements.
* Work closely with Social Media and PPC teams to ensure campaigns are on track to achieve brand KPIs. Make recommendations to optimise where necessary.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Google Analytics, web developers) and external teams (social media, PPC, CRM, PR, digital communications) to ensure timely delivery on client requirements.
* Serve as the primary contact for the client's internal projects and manage retailer relationships on the client's behalf.
* Assist the Agency Account Director in managing the project's critical path, deliverables, and budgets as needed.
* Oversee, review, and evaluate advertising campaigns to ensure client satisfaction.
* Develop internal and external marketing communications, including marketing newsletters and content audit reports.
* Handle copywriting for internal communications with senior management.
* Collaborate with your team to create engaging multimedia proposals tailored to client needs.
* Stay updated on industry trends within the Irish advertising sector. Share industry reports and trends along with recommendations to help clients achieve brand KPIs.
Key Skills for Success
* Demonstrate excellent skills in client engagement by proactively organizing, influencing, and building strong, effective working relationships with clients.
* Exceptional project management skills to be the product owner working with the clients.
* Have a proven track record in copywriting and proofreading external communications.
* Have experience in producing project recaps, WIPs (Work in Progress reports), and updates.
* Bring experience in digital marketing, as it is highly beneficial for this role.
* Take overall responsibility for the successful initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure of project plans, ensuring project deadlines are met and stakeholder expectations are managed.
* Develop and implement effective processes for data gathering and storage.
* Host clear, efficient, and productive project meetings at various stages, from kick-off to discovery, using a project methodology.
* Understanding of CRM systems, Google Analytics, Social media tools and WordPress (Adobe Analytics and AEM is bonus).
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software tools.
