Responsibilities:
1. Undertake essential stakeholder engagement with targeted leads to determine digital business opportunities.
2. Develop and implement activity plans which will maximise time in the field and engagement with opportunities.
3. Develop and close business opportunities for a broad range of services and solutions with targeted leads.
4. Lead and manage multiple engagements simultaneously from a business and customer relationship perspective.
5. Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions and proposals back to potential clients.
6. Keep up to date with digital market trends ensuring we are presenting the most up to date and innovative solutions to clients.
Experience Expected:
7. Minimum 5 years of proven sales, business development and account management in a field-based role is a must
8. Strong knowledge of professional and consultative sales selling
9. Strong ability to build and sustain long-term relations with clients to drive revenue.
10. Proven track record of managing a client base and closing business opportunities of a high calibre.
11. Very strong customer-facing experience and exceptional communication skills.
12. Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate extremely effectively at all levels of seniority within a company.
13. Experience with digital communication technologies such as AV, video conferencing and digital signage would be a distinct advantage.
14. A strong technical understanding of the product set and the ability to transfer that into a client’s need would also be a very desirable experience.
