This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist wishing to grow their career in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
The Job:
* Provide support in relation to high-volume recruitment, including scheduling interviews, tests, candidate replies, pre-employment medicals, etc.
* Maintain training and development records, and provide guidance and information on training opportunities
* Provide administrative support in relation to HR and Payroll.
* Benefits guidance and administration
* Deal with employee queries in relation to day-to-day HR issues
* Maintain accurate employee, training and HR records
The Person:
* Degree in Business / HR, or other relevant qualification
* Experience working in a fast paced Human Resources environment
* Experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing setting would be an advantage
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Highly confidential
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
