A well-respected local business is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team. With operations throughout the UK and Ireland, the company has experienced rapid growth and requires additional support in their Accounts Team.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will assist with and complete various duties, including:
* Sales Ledger management: invoicing, credit control, commission, EC Sales, Intrastat, and Customs Supplementary Declarations
* Producing weekly employee reports for payroll processing
* Reception duties
* Assisting with all aspects of running a busy office
Key Skills and Experience:
* Experience using Sage Line 50 Accounts/Payroll
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
* High attention to detail
* Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work independently
* High level of numeracy and literacy
This role offers a 36.5 hour working week, early finish on Fridays, and on-site parking. The company provides an established friendly finance team and a great opportunity for career growth.
