Experience and Educational Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or with transferable skills
* QQI Level 5 in a relevant discipline

This involves using our cutting-edge Care Management System (CMS) to record care calls accurately, manage changes, and communicate efficiently with clients, team members, and managers.
