Business Support Specialist Role
As a Business Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting the Quality department to deliver business objectives by managing calendars, planning travel, supporting projects, and spearheading administrative and business support activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of diaries for the Site Quality Director and site management team as required.
* Planning and arranging itinerary for all travel.
* Supporting the travel arrangements of key personnel within the site by assisting as an SME on travel logistics and related booking systems.
* Reconciling expenses and POs for the Site Quality Director and the department as needed.
* Managing time and attendance in Workday for the direct staff of the Site Quality Director.
* Compiling weekly reports based on input from across the business.
* Creating content for PowerPoint presentations and site communications which highlights key messages and illustrates important details.
* Supporting various business activities as requested by the Site Quality Director, including but not limited to audit preparation activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum NFQ Level 7 qualification in Business, Engineering, Science, or Manufacturing.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar positions.
* Excellent diary management skills.
* Strong time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
