We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our partnership team in Dublin. This role focuses on strengthening collaboration with a key partner, driving mutual growth, and delivering exceptional value to shared customers training new GP and in charge of the day to day business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders to drive joint business initiatives and ensure strategic alignment.
2. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal sales teams and partner representatives to identify new business opportunities, define go-to-market strategies, and support the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
3. Technical Expertise: Understand the partner’s product portfolio and solutions to provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams, ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
4. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and provide resources to internal teams to enhance their knowledge of partner offerings and programs.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of the partnership, analyse sales data, and report on key metrics to demonstrate the value of the relationship and identify areas for improvement.
6. Customer Advocacy: Act as an advocate for customers, ensuring that their needs are met through effective collaboration between the partner and internal support teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a similar role within a partnership, sales, or technical account management setting.
2. Strong understanding of IT solutions and infrastructure.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer-focused attitude.
6. Flexibility to travel occasionally, as needed, to attend partnership meetings, customer engagements, or training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Must hold MICGP/MRCGP.
2. Must have experience in leadership roles.
