Region: NCE > SBU NCE Service > Ireland North
Operating within the Vestas Northern & Central Europe business unit, we focus exclusively on selling, constructing, and operating wind power plants in UK and Ireland. With main offices in Dublin, Edinburgh, and Warrington, Service UK and Ireland is responsible for the service and maintenance of our customers' wind power plants in both markets. Together with our colleagues throughout Vestas, we handle some of the largest operational projects for some of the most complex customers in Europe.

We are now looking for a Team Leader to support our Service operation in Scotland North. The position will report to the Service Manager, with responsibility for delivering our daily operations requirements within planned timeframes and agreed costs.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure safety & quality standards and processes are maintained.
2. Deliver daily operational performance to meet requirements of forecast and planning, with focus on cost and efficiency.
3. Delivery to commitments on turbine performance.
4. Continually implementing change management in line with operations development.
5. Developing the skills and competencies necessary within your teams to meet operations goals.
6. Responsibility for recruitment and leadership of local service technicians and hub support roles.
7. Team building, motivation, and employee satisfaction & development.
Qualifications
1. Leadership skills & experience.
2. Experience in team building, motivating, and building employee satisfaction & development.
3. Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
4. Salesforce knowledge and hands-on experience is highly desired along with MS Office suite knowledge - willingness to learn.
5. High degree of Safety Awareness.
