This role has responsibilities for the financial administration of programs within the finance team.
Responsibilities: Support preparation of monthly budget V expenditure reporting Support in funding application submissions Bank reconciliations, supplier statement reconciliations Processing purchase invoices & payments Managing and updating weekly and monthly reporting Maintain fixed asset register Verification and management of ROS TCANS Contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts Support yearly budget preparation across multiple programs Financial & budget compliance with statutory requirements Collate information for audit Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders Adhere to company financial policies.
Ad hoc financial administration duties as assigned by CFO Requirements: ATI qualified /Part Qualified or studying towards qualification 2 3 years' experience within an accounting setting Good problem-solving skills and work well on own initiative.
Attention to detail while working towards tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
