A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Maintenance Manager
What you will do:
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
Collaborate with key site stakeholders and have responsibility for the day to day maintenance activities and the management of a team of Planning/Scheduling Engineer, Maintenance Technicians and Apprentices within our Pharm Ops High Potent Facility.
Manage resources to meet maintenance goals and targets and ensure compliance with all Company and external regulatory requirements for safety, environmental and quality.
Lead problem solving and root cause investigation into equipment failures.
Promote equipment uptime improvements within the team in support of the site reliability excellence initiative and any continuous improvement programs.
Engineering metrics reporting and action planning.
Continuous improvement through Digital and MPS (Tier, 8-step problem solving, standardisation etc.).Using the principles of a high-performance culture, you will train, coach, develop and proactively manage individual team members and the overall maintenance team to achieve personal and organisational success in a Lean maintenance environment.
Be responsible for the ownership of vital Safety Standards on site.
What skills you will need:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
Hold a Third level qualification in an Engineering, Manufacturing or Science discipline or demonstrated equivalent maintenance experience.
Possess excellent leadership, communication, people management and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to motivate and coach others to achieve results.
Have a proven track record of being able to analyse information from different stakeholder perspectives and draw accurate conclusions to support timely decision making.
Have the ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manage resources to meet deadlines and produce quality deliverables.
Liaise closely and co-ordinate with the site third party maintenance providers to enable effective and efficient maintenance processes.
Have an in depth understanding of equipment design features and operation of equipment used in OSD manufacturing and associated utility plant equipment.
Have experience in the application of MPS tools to problem solve and drive continuous improvement within your workgroup.
Have budget management experience and ensure that financial targets for the maintenance area are achieved.
Knowledge of GMP/EHS guidelines & Legislation, Plant Maintenance systems (e.g SAP).Direct people management responsibility in previous role.
