An established and reputable construction developer is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join their dynamic team in Portlaoise. This key role will involve overseeing the health, safety, and environmental management systems on site, ensuring full compliance with legislation, risk assessments, and safe working practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety management, with proven experience in managing teams, delivering training, and conducting audits. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety procedures. Conduct risk assessments and regular site inspections. Manage safety audits and ensure compliance with all regulations. Lead health and safety training programs and promote a safety culture. Liaise with external regulators and inspectors as required. Requirements: NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification. At least 5 years experience in health and safety management within the construction industry.
