Role Overview
The Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in shaping and executing the financial strategy for all three entities. Based on-site in Mullingar, the Group CFO will oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance, while providing strategic guidance to support the group's ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to support the group's growth and acquisition objectives.
* Collaborate with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to align financial planning with overall business goals.
* Provide strategic insights to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Oversee the financial operations of all entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations in ROI and NI.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
* Optimise cash flow management and working capital to support operational and strategic initiatives.
* Lead financial due diligence and integration processes for acquisitions.
* Evaluate and recommend acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements across ROI and NI.
* Implement and monitor robust financial controls and governance frameworks.
* Identify, assess, and manage financial risks.
Salary
€120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
