Job Description: Assistant Housing Officer
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Housing Officer to join our operations in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. This is a full-time, office-based, 6-month fixed-term contract.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver Comprehensive Housing Management Services: Ensure tenants receive a high-quality housing management service.
* Recover Rent Arrears Effectively: Meet set targets by recovering rent arrears efficiently.
* Address Tenancy Agreement Breaches: Resolve issues promptly and maintain high standards in customer interactions.
Collaboration and Coordination:
* Support Housing Officers: Assist in identifying and implementing estate improvements.
* Collaborate with Internal and External Partners: Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for smooth planning and delivery of new developments.
Customer Experience and Service Delivery:
* Enhance Customer Experience: Actively engage tenants to gather feedback on service quality and drive continual improvement.
* Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate updates of computerized systems and generate monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of four years' experience in client services, high-level customer support, or a dynamic administrative role involving complex responsibilities.
* Qualifications: Excellent administration skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of social and affordable housing and tenancy management.
Additional Requirements:
* A full clean license with access to own vehicle is essential for this role.
