Cpl Recruitment is currently seeking an HR Officer to join a public sector organisation on a 6-month full-time temporary assignment, based in South Dublin.

The HR Officer will report directly to the HR Manager and support a broad range of HR activities, including HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and learning and development.
This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional looking to gain diverse experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include: Firstline HR support and mailbox managementRecruitment support across all stages of the hiring processAccurate maintenance of HR personnel files and HRIS dataPayroll administration support and HR communicationsAssistance with policy reviews, audits, and complianceSupporting learning and development initiatives and reportingTime and attendance system maintenance and issue resolutionContributing to HR reporting and continuous improvement projectsRequirements: CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management1+ year's experience in a fast paced HR roleStrong admin, communication, and organisational skillsProficiency in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Comfortable managing sensitive data in line with GDPRAbility to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholdersA proactive and solution-focused mindsetKnowledge of Irish employment law and public sector HR practicesFamiliarity with digital HR systems and records managementIf you think you're the ideal candidate for this role, we encourage you to apply.
