Utilities Engineer

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Utilities Engineer in Dublin, focusing on optimizing equipment and systems performance, improving reliability, driving continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and fault-finding.
You will be part of a multi-functional Utilities team and will be expected to be flexible and agile in support of the group's overall mission.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day relationship with Contract Manager, Site Operations engineers Planner/Scheduler with client Engineering Managers and representatives.
2. Responsible for early engagement with Client Operations and Project Engineers to ensure proposed capital projects are designed properly to deliver quality utilities that can support the Client Provide process.
3. Provide process support and troubleshooting expertise to clients as required.
4. Compliance/quality engineering - recording and investigation of deviations on utility plant and equipment, using the client's quality system.
5. Liaise with the contract team and client to review maintenance programmes, and effect changes to methods and procedures where appropriate.
6. Liaise with Quality to prepare and participate in internal and external audits.
7. The Plant Engineer - Compliance will be involved in Utility projects and issues (deviations, safety incidents etc.) across the site and potentially off site.
8. Trouble-shooting and high-level investigation of all related plant equipment faults and failures.
9. SUPPORTING SITE CONTRACT MAINTENANCE TEAM IN MINIMIZING DOWNTIME AND RISK OF DOWNTIME TO FACILITY.
10. Ensure that all work on site is carried out in accordance with site EHS rules and guidelines.

Requirements:
* Engineering degree or equivalent mechanical/process and/or building services.
* FIVE TO TEN YEARS POST GRADUATE EXPERIENCE.
* Maintenance and troubleshooting experience of the following systems and processes: Purified Water systems, Industrial Gases, Compressed Air, Ammonia Refrigeration, and WasteWater Treatment.
