What you'll do
The Commercial Sales segment is a hugely meaningful and exciting market opportunity for Docusign EMEA. It represents a significant portion of our current customer base as well as a tremendous growth opportunity. We are currently searching for a divisional leader who will develop the shape of Docusign's Commercial EMEA business for our largest customers. The successful candidate is an innovative leader who can navigate themselves and others through ambiguity, they will have full accountability leading and developing multiple sales teams and driving incremental growth and new logos across the EMEA territory.This position is a People Manager role and reports to the VP of Commercial Sales EMEA. ResponsibilityLead and develop teams of French SMB and Mid Market Sales professionals in achieving outstanding success for the regionHire, mentor, and develop sales talent (managers and individual contributors) to address the current and future needs of the businessDevelop sales teams to lead complex customer engagements with a platform focused approach with Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platformThink about how to build for scale - make changes to the current sales playbook to facilitate growth and a solution selling attitudeUse the various internal resources at your disposal (pre-sales, marketing, lead generation, customer support, legal, customer success and professional services) to win new business and drive increased adoption and usage with both new and existing clientsProvide accurate revenue forecasts, reports and analysis and ensuring clear communication to key partners and the Docusign executive leadership team
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring
Basic Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, engineering)Fluency in French and EnglishA consistent track record of success in the software industry with clear achievements of driving revenue growth against key objectives whilst also increasing profitabilityClear experience of Enterprise SaaS solutions in the EMEA regionMulti-product solution sellingExperience working within a complex, matrix driven organizationProven experience in hiring, building, and coaching commercial sales teamsProven experience in leading, growing and managing high performing software sales teams across multiple EMEA territoriesExperience in driving and accelerating team performance through metric management and dashboardsExperience in driving C-level / Senior Executive level discussions in multi national prospectsOperational excellenceStrategic problem solver with established strategy implementationClear ability to drive incremental growth from new and existing accountsPreferred SaaS based business application experienceCapacity to work on cross-functional projects and teamsExperience in working in a high growth, constantly evolving environmentExperience creating and driving strategic Commercial sales initiatives and vertical focused sales programsExperience of working with Partners and resellers in EMEAExperience of Salesforce and/or other CRM systemsAbility to collaborate with key sales and functional leaders in Docusign - both in EMEA and also globallyExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to recruit, mentor and retain sales talent; maintain and raise the sales talent bar to ensure continued future success
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary Illinois and Colorado: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary Washington, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary Washington DC: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary This role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
