ROLE OVERVIEW
Meticulous and wonderfully organised individuals with exceptional problem-solving skills are sought for the Operations Specialist position at MD7, also known as Project Control Specialist. The successful candidate will ensure smooth workflows across various projects, contributing to our goals by collecting essential information for property acquisitions.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Data management: Enter data accurately into various databases; manage and maintain data in internal and external systems.
* Reporting and analysis: Maintain accurate and timely reports based on guidelines; identify and address any discrepancies.
* Workflow efficiency: Apply necessary workflows using internal database information; understand and organise internal systems; scout properties based on specific criteria.
* Information research: Submit requests to municipalities for cadastral and title deed information; identify necessary information about prospective sites required to begin construction.
* Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent spoken and written German language skills.
* Basic spoken and written English language skills.
* Data entry, quality control or contract experience.
* Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
* Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
* Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word.
