Senior IT Service Delivery Manager (SDM) Dublin South, Republic of Ireland
We have a great job opportunity to join a successful team as a Senior Technical Service Delivery Manager.
This is a permanent role reporting to the Managing Director. You will make an impact on business and where it is going.
This role will be based on-site in Dublin.
You will be responsible for the following:
1. Manage information technology (IT) tasks and staff, establish relationships with external clients, services computer systems and software.
2. Act as point of contact for the 3rd level escalation from level 2.
3. Monitor service performance against service level agreements with clients.
4. Identify and implement process improvements.
5. Continuously improve productivity resulting in increased cost effectiveness and value.
6. Directly manage, motivate, and mentor staff.
7. Provide support to new business opportunities and service implementation, including Pre-sales.
8. Develop relationships with external clients and organisations to assess their technology, support, and security needs.
9. Provide client assessments.
10. Oversee technical delivery of projects and server deployments where required.
Essential Experience:
1. Experience working in a managed services environment.
2. Experience in a similar role.
3. Strong technical infrastructure background.
4. Experience with Servers and Networks.
5. Great people skills.
