Key Responsibilities/Duties: Prepare handover inspection, test documents, and O&M manuals. Implement QA/QC system, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and safety. Coordinate quality inspections, non-destructive testing, and receipt checks with subcontractors, vendors, and client reps. Distribute QA/QC documents to subcontractors and verify as-built handover records. Manage nonconformance reports, remedial actions, and site QC instructions. Participate in site audits and oversee approved QC Plan and technical submittals. Train site QC inspectors per client specs and monitor quality activities. Collaborate with site construction manager, lead weekly QA/QC meetings, and develop inspection/test programs. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering and/or a Mechanical Trade Qualification. 3+ years experience in a similar role is essential. Good Knowledge of installation and commissioning. Excellent attention to detail and organisational / planning skills. The successful Mechanical QAQC Engineer must be in Ireland or the EU and be eligible to work in Europe. Benefits: Salary €75,000 to €85,000 DOE Generous living away allowance (in addition to salary).
