Louth. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and the promotion of best practices across all business channels. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across retail and online betting platforms, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Ensure the business adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Lead and manage a team of approximately eight direct reports, including the AML Manager, Marketing Manager, IT Manager, and Customer Service Manager. Implement and monitor operational strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational objectives with the companys overall goals. Manage risk by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential operational challenges. Analyse and optimise processes to maintain a high standard of performance across all areas of the business. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure best practices are consistently applied. Support the ongoing development of the company's online betting platform. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the retail, betting, or online sectors. Strong understanding of compliance regulations, particularly in the betting or gaming industry. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop diverse teams effectively. Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with a focus on driving results. Proficiency in operational planning, process improvement, and risk management. Knowledge of online and retail customer service strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
