About the Role
The H&S Advisor position offers the chance to make a real impact on the safety culture of our organisation by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting best practices across all areas of operations.
This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing health and safety policies and procedures to safeguard the well-being of all team members, working closely with various departments to assess risks, conduct safety audits, and drive initiatives that enhance workplace safety across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health and safety across all sites within our group, requiring occasional travel between locations.
What We're Looking For
* 5 years' experience working in health and safety within engineering, manufacturing, or construction with a strong background in health and safety.
* Hands-on experience working on manufacturing and construction sites, supporting the implementation and management of Health & Safety protocols.
* Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation relevant to construction and engineering industries.
* NEBOSH National Construction Certificate or equivalent.
* Full driving license.
* Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
* Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively.
