About the Team:
4. You’ll be joining the Platform Technologies team, responsible for the platform’s health and data integrity.
5. They handle issues related to databases, upgrades, plugins, reporting, and developer tools.
Responsibilities:
6. Resolve technical issues for internal and external customers.
7. Maintain accurate customer records and case hygiene.
8. Act as a customer advocate, supporting platform users and administrators.
9. Troubleshoot complex technical situations related to the client’s platform functionalities.
10. Manage customer expectations and ensure high satisfaction.
11. Maintain technical expertise and share knowledge with customers.
12. Suggest process improvements and collaborate with internal teams.
13. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels.
14. Create knowledge base articles for improved efficiency and customer empowerment.
Qualifications:
15. 2+ years of related experience within a technical support environment.
16. A Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or related technical degree) desired
17. Understanding of Object-oriented programming languages like Java.
18. Understanding and knowledge of the components in the web applications stack.
19. Knowledge of the scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell.
20. Knowledge of Linux/Unix.
21. Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).
