Overview:
A key role is available in the supply chain industry for a Business Analyst to collaborate with the IT team on SAP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring successful deployment and optimization of SAP solutions.
Key tasks:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
* Monitor and evaluate SAP system performance, recommending enhancements as necessary.
* Serve as liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
* Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SAP implementation projects.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects and process improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW, Power BI).
