Job Purpose
A 11-month contract offers a great opportunity for newly graduated Communications majors or experienced Communications Executives with 1-2 years of experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the implementation of the organisation's Communication Strategy.
* Develop and review newsletters, webpage articles, social media content, and other publications.
* Create and review content for consumer information hubs and campaigns.
* Support the creation and review of website content.
* Assist the Manager of Member Services, Communications, and Branding on various initiatives, such as member surveys.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* University-level education or equivalent practical experience in communications, branding, digital marketing, marketing, or PR.
* Interest in communications, digital marketing, and branding.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
* Well-developed administrative, organisational, time management, and planning skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to create productive working relationships both internally and externally.
* Possesses personal drive, integrity, and initiative when managing issues and projects.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience working with EU or domestic institutions or the financial services sector.
* Proficiency in desktop publishing software (e.g. Canva, PPT) and social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
