Elusav Recruitment has a very exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join one of Europe's leading Engineering contractors on a large construction project in Leixlip, Kildare.
As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices and creating service entries & processing goods receipt notes.
Responsibilities:
* Processing a high volume of invoices.
* Database/Tracker Maintenance.
* Actioning off hire requests.
* Notifying the involved parties to take appropriate action on pending documents and invoices.
* General Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, faxing etc.
* Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
* Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
