This role is pivotal in ensuring the execution of key sales programs, aligning regional strategies, and fostering operational excellence across our organization. This role will report directly into the Director, Strategic Industry Executive with a dotted line to the VP, Global Named Accounts EMEA. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, results-driven professional with experience in sales operations, program management, and stakeholder engagement. They will work closely with sales leadership, enablement, marketing, and operations teams to enhance sales productivity and drive business growth.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales Program LeadershipDesign, implement, and manage high-impact sales programs that drive revenue growth and enhance sales effectiveness across NAs EMEADevelop long-term strategies to scale sales initiatives and improve organizational agilityAlign sales programs with corporate priorities, ensuring executive sponsorship and stakeholder buy-inSales Process Optimization & InnovationIdentify and drive strategic improvements in sales processes to increase efficiency and effectivenessPartner with sales operations to enhance forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-makingChampion the adoption of cutting-edge sales methodologies, tools, and best practicesExecutive Stakeholder Engagement & EnablementServe as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, providing strategic recommendations and insightsLead cross-functional collaboration with enablement, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and executionDevelop executive-level communication strategies to ensure alignment and engagement across sales teamsPerformance Analysis, Insights & ReportingEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and drive continuous improvementConduct deep-dive analyses into sales performance trends, leveraging data to optimize strategies and executionProvide executive reports and insights to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision-makingDriving New Business and ARR GrowthAct as a hands-on contributor ("doer") to align the organization with strategic goals, ensuring focus on driving New Business and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growthCollaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement actionable plans that support long-term business expansionFoster accountability across teams by establishing clear metrics, ownership, and follow-through on commitmentsIdentify and address barriers to growth, ensuring seamless execution of strategies that maximize revenue potentialMinimun QualificationsAchievement of sales growth and retention targets, productivity targets, and strategic objectivesExcellent facilitation, communication, leadership, and influence skillsExcellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsProven experience in managing program execution and continuous improvementAbility to create strong credibility with Sales leadership and become a trusted advisorAbility to build partnerships and collaborate across lines of businessesProven ability and desire to be agile and adaptable in the face of new information and changeBachelor’s degree or equivalent, master’s degree preferred8+ years total business experience and/or 4+ years of sales program experience in a business-to-business sales environment preferred#LI-MB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
