Job Description:
Property Operations Specialist
This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an ambitious candidate to develop their career in property operations and gain valuable commercial experience with a reputable employer.
The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Property Operations and be responsible for analyzing upcoming property charges, preparing budgets, tracking income trends, investigating banking payments, and resolving queries from internal stakeholders and external partners.
In addition to these duties, the candidate will support colleagues in implementing new business processes, assist with internal and external audits, prepare reports for the management team, and update property listing databases on a regular basis.
Requirements:
* Third-level degree qualification
* 2-3+ years' experience in banking, accounts, or financial administration
* Experience in property management, facilities, or real estate sectors (advantageous)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
* Strong IT skills, including high-level Excel
Offer:
This is a permanent role with a salary range of €35-€38 per hour, depending on candidate skills and experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The position will involve a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days working from home or remotely.
