Job description:
1. Provide a friendly and professional customer service.
2. Provide an effective first response to customer queries, complaints, resolving, and/or seeking support where necessary.
3. Follow and implement all our operating procedures, including goods inwards and outwards and order processing. All training will be provided.
Preferred:
1. Experience in stock management.
2. Great customer service and communication skills, being able to effectively engage with people at all levels.
3. Experience in the plumbing sector/hardware store would be beneficial.
4. Be super personable and have a genuine passion for engaging with people.
5. Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
6. Be organised and able to multitask.
Essential:
1. Full Clean Driving License.
2. Good working knowledge of MS packages.
3. Willingness to learn & work hard, be reliable and punctual.
Education/Experience:
1. A preferred qualification and/or willingness to undertake training courses essential.
Salary/Package/Benefits:
1. €40,000.00 - €45,000.00 per year
2. Bonus pay
