About Your New Job
As a Control Systems Engineer, you will:
1. Develop and implement control algorithms and strategies to optimize system performance.
2. Perform system modelling, simulation, and analysis to validate control designs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to integrate control systems with hardware and software components.
4. Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of control systems and electrical panels to ensure reliability and performance.
5. Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
What Skills You Need
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of control theory, signal processing, and system dynamics.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C/C++, or similar.
4. Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and DCS.
5. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
