Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to join our HR team as an Associate – HR. You will be supporting the wider HR teams getting exposure to recruitment, onboarding, L&D, performance management and HR compliance. This role offers fantastic career opportunities while supporting our People strategy.
What is your role and your responsibilities?
* Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
* Support the HR department in implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
* Facilitate new employee onboarding sessions and help coordinate L&D programs.
* Assist in the implementation of performance management systems and support managers in the performance review process.
* Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and benefits recordkeeping.
* Contribute to employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health initiatives, and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department to ensure efficient operations.
