The job: BDR - DACH Market
One of our clients, one of the most exciting and fast growing IT companies is looking for a German sales professional to join their team of Account Executives.
You will be the first point of contact in the sales cycle. As a BDR, your first touch is essential to the success of our business as your contribution to the sales and marketing feedback loop.
Responsibilities and tasks
* Identify high potential companies who can benefit from our software.
* Partner closely with experienced SMB Account Executives, effective prospecting strategies to generate opportunities.
* Contribute learnings and best practices to the Outbound process and team members to support the success of your peers.
Your Profile/Skillset
* Proficiency in English and German.
* 1+ year in a BDR role (inbound or outbound) selling MarTech or SaaS solutions desirable.
* Experience selling to Founders/ Business Owners/ Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/ Retailers/ Brands domain.
* Ability to qualify, position and generate leads.
* Enthusiastic about meeting targets.
* Excellent team player, always ready to go an extra mile.
