**Job Title:** Duty Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to oversee hotel operations at our local hotel in Sligo.

Key Responsibilities:
* Hotel Operations Management: Oversee hotel operations during early and late shifts, ensuring all areas are open, well-prepared, and welcoming for guests.
* Departmental Support: Assist all departments, with a particular focus on supporting food and beverage services during busy periods.
* Guest Inquiries: Manage guest inquiries efficiently and professionally to enhance their experience.
* Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with the management team, providing support wherever needed.
* Reporting and Security: Perform daily security checks and prepare essential reports, including daily summaries and handover documentation.
Requirements:
* Experience: Must have experience working in hospitality or a management role.
* Leadership Skills: Must have the ability to delegate whilst also working as a team.
* Educational Background: 3rd Level degree in Business, Hospitality, or Events (preferred but not essential).
