Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Location: Dublin City Client: Main Contractor Industry: Construction - Hotel Project Salary: 40K - 50K depending on experience Reports To: Project Manager Role Overview The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects across various sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to advance their career in construction management with a leading main contractor. Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from inception to handover. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying potential risks and resolving issues as they arise. Support the preparation of project plans, schedules, and reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. Attend and contribute to progress meetings, both on-site and with clients and stakeholders. Liaise with design and commercial teams to ensure all project requirements are met. Assist with procurement, contract management, and documentation. Ideal Candidate Experience: 1 / 2 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in a project coordination or junior engineer role. Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
