We're looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Project Manager to drive the expansion of our services by opening and managing new offices across the country.
This is a unique opportunity to combine your leadership, operational, and project management skills to create welcoming, high-performing spaces that serve our clients and home support workers.
What You'll Be Doing As an Operations Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, ensuring that each new office is fully operational, compliant, and a supportive hub for our carers and clients.
Your key responsibilities include: Leading New Office Openings: Oversee the setup of safe, professional, and welcoming office spaces that reflect our commitment to care.
Building Teams: Recruit, onboard, and schedule staff to achieve a minimum of 500 service hours per office.
Engaging Stakeholders: Collaborate with the HSE and Public Health Nurses to promote the office's capabilities and drive service uptake.
Ensuring Compliance: Implement and maintain HIQA regulations and company policies to guarantee safety and quality.
Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with existing offices to ensure smooth integration and operations.
This role requires weekly travel to office locations, and a company car will be provided to support your work.
What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.
Key skills and qualifications include: A clinical and management qualification.
5+ years of healthcare experience, with a strong understanding of the industry.
Proven project management experience, with the ability to oversee large-scale, multi-location projects.
A track record of business development, driving growth and building key stakeholder relationships.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards, including HIQA regulations.
Flexibility to travel extensively across the country to support office openings and operations.
Dublin-based: This role requires frequent national travel and is not remote What They Are Offering Competitive salary.
