Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Project Manager to join our high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe delivery of allocated projects, ensuring timely completion, cost-effectiveness, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute project plans to achieve agreed outcomes
* Manage day-to-day project activities, including resource allocation and coordination with clients and stakeholders
* Ensure proactive risk management and compliance with company Quality Systems and Standard Quality Procedures
* Provide accurate project performance data to senior managers and directors
* Manage client reporting, including periodic project reports and KPI data
Requirements:
* Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
* Minimum five years post-qualification experience with tier one contractors
* Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
