Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
1. Develop and implement the platform strategy, focusing on marketing campaigns, reward programs, and activity challenges to drive user engagement.
2. Use customer insights and data analytics to shape and refine strategies.
3. Foster a culture of idea generation, innovation, and customer-centric decision-making across the business.
2. Stakeholder Management:
1. Collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
2. Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective campaign delivery.
3. Campaign Management:
1. Lead marketing initiatives that prioritize growth, retention, and brand consistency.
2. Oversee the creation and distribution of digital marketing content tailored to various audience segments.
4. Project Leadership:
1. Deliver cross-functional projects, managing timelines, reporting to senior stakeholders, and ensuring the highest standards.
2. Maintain a focus on continuous improvement and adapting to change in a dynamic environment.
5. Operational Excellence:
1. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and risk management programs.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
1. Marketing or communications qualification (preferred).
2. Experience in digital marketing content creation, campaign execution, and engagement strategies.
3. Proven ability to deliver initiatives with multiple stakeholders, meeting strict deadlines.
4. Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
5. Strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
6. Knowledge of building and managing engagement or communication platforms (advantageous).
7. Adaptable, resilient, and proactive with excellent planning and organizational skills.
