Accounts Assistant Job Description
Our client, a well-established organisation operating across Ireland with multiple revenue streams, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support senior finance team members in a varied role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and bank accounts
* Petty cash management and accounts receivable
* Journal postings, tax returns, and statutory submissions
* Detailed reconciliations across multiple bank accounts
* Internal audit checks of finance offices
* Prepare payment runs and financial accounts
* Assist with corporate administration and complete other tasks as requested
Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 2 years' experience in a busy finance function
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
