On behalf of a leading hospitality group in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Finance Manager. Working alongside the Financial Controller and CFO, the Finance Manager will oversee a team of Accounts Assistants and AP/AR Specialists, ensuring all aspects of financial strategy, control, and reporting are carried out in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Development of, and adherence to best practice internal & financial control systems across the business.
2. Oversee financial processes including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost control, stores and inventory, internal audit, payroll, cashiering, treasury, and budget preparation.
3. Analysis and reporting of all aspects of hotel group performance and financial position.
4. Oversee accurate monthly management accounts process and reporting package for Dublin hotels, including variance analysis and related commentaries.
5. Work with General Managers and F&B Managers on various pricing/commercial activities to ensure strong performance of corporate activities across the group.
Requirements
1. ACA / ACCA qualified accountant with 3+ years' PQE.
2. Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced role. Industry experience in logistics, retail, hospitality, or similar would be ideal.
3. Ability to develop, lead, and manage a team of 4-5 direct reports alongside the Financial Controller.
4. Strong communication skills; ability to liaise with various stakeholders across the group.
5. Strong analytical skills and ability to roll up sleeves during busy periods.
