Based out of our Dublin office, you will be expected to travel pan-Ireland for survey work and occasionally be required to assist our UK and European measured survey teams.

You will take client enquiries, resource and run projects through to delivery, efficiently managing your workload split between office and site. You will have the opportunity to grow your own client base and work with the current Dublin team to generate new business. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of buildings, projects, and clients in this front-line surveying role. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a keen interest to learn, develop and take ownership of project delivery. The right candidate will quickly establish themselves as a key part of this service within Hollis.
Daily duties:
* Undertake fieldwork including measured building surveys, topographical surveys and area referencing surveys.
* Project manage instructions from conception to completion, including fee quoting, invoicing, resourcing and management of own workload.
* Utilise equipment and up-to-date technology to carry out precise surveys
* Facilitate the process of measurement and referencing surveys including initial client engagement, site visits, reports and drawing production, and general project administration.
* Work closely with senior team members to support with local business development, client engagement and team growth.
* Actively manage client relationships both existing and potential new business, provide excellent client care and cross-sell Hollis services where applicable.
Job Requirements (including qualification & experience)
What we’re looking for:
* Chartered with SCSI or RICS
* Proactive, willing to work under own initiative and collaborate with the wider team.
* Experience within a multi-skilled measured surveys role (i.e Land Surveying, Geospatial Surveying, Measured Building Surveying etc.), able to manage own projects.
* Experience working with various survey methods including laser scanning and GPS.
* Good understanding of tablet software including AutoCAD, LSS and Revit.
* Passionate about your professional development and potential for progression.
* Full and valid driving license and access to own vehicle.
