About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Analytics to lead our Star Trek Fleet Command team within Scopely's Midcore division, working from Dublin or Barcelona on a hybrid/remote basis.

Responsibilities
1. Team Building: Lead analysts and engineers as part of a collaborative group, handling sophisticated business problems with a strong focus on value outcomes.
2. Game Leadership: Work as part of the leadership group to drive consistent growth for the studio, delighting our players.
3. Insight Culture: Develop decision-making practices across the organisation, building effective behaviours with a focus on agile and lean practices.
4. Data Projects: Build insight products that scale, applying sophisticated analytical concepts to make player behaviours, feature performance, and game health actionable for non-data teams throughout the full game development lifecycle.
Requirements
1. A impactful track record in an analytics leadership role.
2. Must have experience working in a large-scale live service title in video gaming.
3. Leadership skills dedicated to guiding diverse teams towards success.
4. Experience building an insight culture across development teams.
5. Sophisticated data practitioner who leads by example to drive project outcomes.
6. The ability to distil and present sophisticated findings for audiences at all levels.
7. A passion to drive success in world-class F2P games.
