Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to manage kitchen stock effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure high-quality food is prepared and served on time
* Assist in managing kitchen inventory and supplies
* Support the head chef and senior chefs during service
* Maintain kitchen health and hygiene standards
* Cook food to order and supervise junior chefs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* The ability to work well under pressure
Working Conditions
This is a full-time permanent position, working 39 hours per week. The salary for this role is competitive and reflects the skills and experience required.
