* We are currently looking for fluent German speakers for a Major IT company in Ireland.
* This is a recently-introduced role within the organisation. The objective of this role is to drive sales within SMB organisations in EMEA through bringing on board new Channel Partners & effectively managing/developing the existing Channel base.
* By being held accountable for the performance of those partners who form part of an assigned portfolio, the suitable candidate needs to be able to build relationships quickly and effectively to have a positive outcome and grow the revenue within the base.
Responsibilities
* Develop business within an assigned portfolio of partners, with emphasis on new revenue generation.
* Continuously promote and communicate company products and services to partners.
* Recruitment of new channel partners via qualified leads, via Distribution, Marketing and Partner Programme initiatives.
* Create and refine a revenue pipeline, and accurately forecast revenue outlook to sales leadership utilizing CRM tools.
* Develop business plans with sales leadership to drive revenue, also achieving key sales objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify operational or sales projects, and with field sales teams and marketing to manage and develop new business.
* Achievement of productivity, efficiency and revenue targets.
Qualifications/Requirements
You are:
* Fluent in both written and spoken German.
* Excellent in English skills.
* Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
* Understanding and knowledgeable of the dynamics of a sales organisation.
* Organized and able to manage your time effectively.
* Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and understands what is required to operate successfully in a Volume business.
* Flexible and someone who can adapt to change.
* Excellent in verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
