Seasoned Event Sales Manager for Dublin Venue
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage event sales pipeline, including receiving and generating leads.
* Convert leads into event sales and manage VIP/key account events.
* Ensure the smooth operation of events and client satisfaction.
* Prepare event handover documents for the operations team.
* Handle post-event management, including billing and invoicing.
* Weekly reports to senior management on sales volume vs. target.
Requirements:
* Minimum of two years experience in event sales and management within the hospitality / leisure / tourism industries.
* Proven track record of achieving all sales targets and goals.
* Proactive sales approach, persistent in chasing leads and closing sales.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems, Hub Spot an advantage.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
