Role Overview 20FIFTY Partners are seeking a highly organised and motivated Training Programme Coordinator to manage and coordinate our external training programmes, on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Network Manager, you will support in all aspects of the running of our portfolio of training programmes.
You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programmes across the organization.
You will work closely with tutors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of training schedules, logistical arrangements, and quality control for training sessions.
As the Training Coordinator, you will:
Oversee the planning and execution of external training sessions while assisting in the organisation of schedules, facilities, and resources for current and future programmes, including location booking, equipment setup, and ensuring all training materials are prepared.Ensure all programme content and material is up to date on our Learning Management System.Responsible for keeping all stakeholders informed about training schedules, materials, and any updates or changes.Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of training objectives.Actively participate in the preparation and delivery of webinars, workshops/programmes and events.Act as the main point of contact between the organization, tutors, and clients throughout the full training life cycle.Ensure detailed records of all programmes are maintained e.g., attendance, learner feedback, course and tutor evaluations, certifications etc.Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, tutors, and stakeholders.Organize travel, accommodation, and other logistical arrangements for external tutors and participants when appropriate.Ensure all external training activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.Schedule, attend and minute take meetings.Ad hoc administrative duties as required.What We Are Looking For: At least 2 years administration or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
Training programme coordination is highly desirable.A relevant qualification (e.g., in Business Administration or a related field) is desirable.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve in high-pressure situations.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and other scheduling and communication tools.
Experience with the Learning Management System 'Canvas' is highly desirable.Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to working with others.Strong interpersonal skills and a client service-oriented mindset.The role will require a flexible approach to working, and a willingness to travel to member sites across Ireland and to various related events and conferences if required.Eligibility Criteria: You must be currently legally entitled to work and reside in Ireland.
