Duties & Responsibilities:
* Client Engagement: Issue renewal documentation and follow up to ensure policy retention.
* Sales & Servicing: Provide quotations for motor, home, marine, and travel insurance; manage mid-term alterations; and ensure timely premium payments.
* Target Achievement: Meet renewal and new business targets, while identifying cross-selling opportunities for other product lines.
* Portfolio Management: Take full responsibility for your portfolio, delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:

Skills & Qualities:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in Personal Lines insurance.
* In-depth knowledge of the Personal Lines insurance market.
* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
* APA Personal, CIP qualification, or Grandfathered status, with full CPD compliance.
* Proficiency in Relay is highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
