Job Description
The client in Ireland is seeking an OD Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
* Manage new employee onboarding and quarterly induction events.
* Support the Learning Academy by organising training and maintaining records.
* Assist in probation reviews, performance processes, and mentoring programmes.
* Handle communications, including emails, newsletters, and reports.
* Help organise the Employee Survey and follow-up actions.
* Support the IDA Graduate programme and recruitment process.
* Assist with HR systems (LMS and TMS) and ensure accurate data.
* Provide support for recruitment and HR operations when needed.
Experience Requirements:
* Strong communication and relationship building skills.
* Able to negotiate, manage projects, and network effectively.
* Experience with HR systems, reporting, and training.
* Must be organised, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
* Relevant Level 8 degree is essential.
* HR experience and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are a plus.
* Must maintain confidentiality and flexibility in work hours and travel.
