Job Title: Sales & Event Executive
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Event Executive to join our team in County Kerry. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company nationally and internationally, identifying new leads and opportunities, and managing client events.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the director of sales & marketing in promoting the company both nationally and internationally.
* Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities for the Business by arranging meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase the facilities.
* Undertake proactive sales calls/activities via email, in person or online with clients as outlined and planned within the Sales & Marketing Plan.
* Promote and generate new business for transient, group, meetings & functions.
* Represent the Business at networking/industry events when required.
* Manage and co-host client events in conjunction with sales team.
* Database management with focus on growing & segmenting contacts for better communication.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities and revenue generated.
* Prepare and present customized event proposals and quotations.
* Ensure all client requirements are met and accurately documented.
* Collaborate with the hotel's event and operational teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ Years experience in a similar role with a focus on Hospitality Sales & Event Promotion.
* Must be Presentable and Sociable.
* Must have a positive attitude and be a highly focused and disciplined individual.
* A strong personality and ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills both oral & written.
* Ability to maintain and develop customer relations.
* Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
Package on Offer:
* Competitive salary from €35K to €40K per year dependent on experience.
