A dynamic Dublin-based Design and Marketing Agency seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Executive to join the Digital Marketing Team. Passionate about delivering high-quality projects and campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects and campaigns, including websites, digital advertising, social media, and other marketing tactics.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow their Digital Marketing career within a fast-paced agency environment, gaining experience in delivering a full suite of marketing tactics for a diverse range of clients, particularly in the B2B sector.Responsibilities:Manage digital projects for a range of clients, including website project management, digital marketing campaign management, and planning & implementing digital marketing strategies.Manage digital advertising accounts and campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and X.Oversee website management, including project management for new websites, and updating and maintaining existing websites.Develop briefs, liaise with account managers, clients, third-party suppliers, and manage budgets, timelines, and resources.Develop project plans and manage day-to-day development and coordination with cross-functional internal teams, external teams, and suppliers.Work as part of the Digital Team and collaborate with colleagues in the Account Management and Design Teams, developers, and external partners.Provide creative and strategic input to campaigns.Perform administrative tasks relating to projects, campaigns, and company operations.Requirements:Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.1-2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Professional, assisting in the implementation of digital strategies.Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, and understanding of SEO, digital advertising, Google Ads, Tag Manager, & Analytics, etc.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing multiple deadlines and schedules, ensuring all deliverables are met on time with accuracy and quality.Strong communication skills with excellent presentation, report writing, and data analysis capabilities.Passion, drive, and ambition - someone who wants an opportunity to develop their digital and marketing career.Qualification in Business Studies and/or Digital Marketing preferred.
