Responsibilities:
* Promote a strong safety culture across all departments and represent the company in external audits and inspections.
* Manage and maintain ISO 45001 within the IMS, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Oversee health & safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
* Attend daily operations meetings, conduct routine safety walks, and generate performance reports.
* Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and ensure legal reporting requirements are met.
* Drive safety awareness through training, communication plans, and monthly meetings.
* Support contractor safety management, emergency preparedness, and capital projects.
* Assist in shutdown planning, act as PSCS when required, and travel for training if needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
* BSc in Occupational Safety & Health (or equivalent) with at least five years of experience.
* Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
