Job Summary
We are looking for a team leader to assist the Contract Manager in ensuring the smooth delivery of the contract with operational responsibility. This will involve effective deployment of staff, efficient running of car park facilities, and continuous improvement in all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the management team in ensuring the smooth delivery of the contract with operational responsibility.
* Manage and plan resources, including effective deployment of staff throughout the contract.
* Continuously monitor activity and report on Key Performance Indicators to the Contracts Manager.
* Ensure incident recording and update relevant parties as required.
* Maintain high levels of customer service.
* Resolve operational problems within the scope of the contract and prepare responses to all service complaints and contractual issues.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years in a people management/supervisory role.
* Strong people management skills, including coaching, training, and recruiting.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Ability to present to Management level.
* Able to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
